Job summary

DOC Services Inc. is seeking Field Service Maintenance Technicians to service and repair light industrial equipment at big box retailers within a 3-hour radius, with overnight travel about 2.5 weeks per month.

You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose and repair electromechanical systems, and contribute to minimizing downtime while delivering excellent customer service. The role offers a flexible schedule, company-provided vehicle, and year-round steady work across our nationwide service

Qualifications

• Read and interpret schematics
• Perform mechanical/electrical troubleshooting on electromechanical equipment
• Operate hand and power tools for assembly/repair
• Communicate effectively with customers and team

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures and implement solutions
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
• Use hand and power tools to assemble, disassemble, and repair machines
• Respond to on-site preventative maintenance service calls within contract time frames
• Communicate effectively with customers, supervisor, and coworkers
