Job summary

DOC Services Inc. is seeking a Field Service Maintenance Technician to service and repair a range of light industrial equipment for big box retailers.

The role involves performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting electromechanical faults, and traveling within a 3-hour radius with overnight stays averaging 2.5 weeks per month. You will operate hand and power tools, read schematics, and communicate clearly with customers and team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with electromechanical equipment.
• Ability to read schematics.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures and provide a solution.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Use hand and power tools to assemble, disassemble, and repair machines.
• Respond to on-site preventative maintenance service calls within contract time frames.
• Communicate effectively with customers, supervisor, and coworkers.
