Job summary

DOC Services Inc. is seeking Field Service Maintenance Technicians (Floater) to service and repair light industrial equipment for big box retailers within a 3-hour service radius.

The role includes travel and on-site work, providing preventative maintenance and reactive service as needed. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 2 years' experience with electromechanical equipment, the ability to read schematics, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with electromechanical equipment.
• Ability to read schematics.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures on equipment and then providing a solution
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment
• Use hand and power tools to assemble, disassemble, and repair machines
• Respond to on-site preventative maintenance service calls within contract time frames
• Communicate effectively with customers, supervisor, and coworkers
