Job summary

DOC Services Inc. is seeking a Field Service Maintenance Technician (Floater) to service and repair a variety of light industrial equipment at big box retailers.

You will perform preventative maintenance and reactive service, with travel within a 3-hour radius and overnight stays averaging at least 2½ weeks per month. Join a nationwide service team with 28+ years of experience, where you’ll troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures, use tools for repair, and deliver exceptional customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with electromechanical equipment.
• Ability to read schematics.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures and provide a solution.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Use hand and power tools to assemble, disassemble, and repair machines.
• Respond to on-site preventative maintenance service calls within contract time frames.
• Communicate effectively with customers, supervisor, and coworkers.
