Job summary

DOC Services Inc. is seeking a Field Service Maintenance Technician (Floater) to service and repair electromechanical equipment for big box retailers within a 3-hour service radius, with travel overnight about 2.5 weeks per month.

You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures, perform preventative maintenance, and use hand and power tools. The role offers a company vehicle, a flexible schedule, and year-round steady work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with electromechanical equipment.
• Ability to read schematics.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures and provide solutions.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Use hand and power tools to assemble, disassemble, and repair machines.
• Respond to on-site preventative maintenance service calls within contract time frames.
• Communicate effectively with customers, supervisor, and coworkers.
