DOC Services Inc. is seeking a Field Service Maintenance Technician (Floater) to service and repair light industrial equipment for big box retailers.

The role involves travel within a 3-hour radius and overnight stays about 2 ½ weeks per month, with preventative maintenance and reactive service work a core part of the job. You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, perform preventative maintenance, and use hand and power tools to repair equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with electromechanical equipment.
• Ability to read schematics.
• Valid driving record.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures and provide solutions.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Use hand and power tools to assemble, disassemble, and repair machines.
• Respond to on-site preventative maintenance service calls within contract time frames.
• Communicate effectively with customers, supervisor, and coworkers.
