Job summary

DOC Services Inc. is seeking a Field Service Maintenance Technician (Floater) to service and repair a range of light industrial equipment at big box retailers, including paint shakers, tinters, mobility carts, and more.

Travel within a 3-hour radius and overnight travel about 2.5 weeks per month are required. The role emphasizes preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and hands-on repairs using hand and power tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with electromechanical equipment.
• Ability to read schematics.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures and provide solutions.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Use hand and power tools to assemble, disassemble, and repair machines.
• Respond to on-site maintenance service calls within contract time frames.
• Communicate effectively with customers, supervisor, and coworkers.
