Job summary

DOC Services, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Maintenance Technician (Floater) to service and repair light industrial equipment at big box retailers within a 3-hour radius and overnight travel for extended periods.

You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, and restore equipment functionality. The role requires hands-on mechanical skills, the ability to read schematics, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with electromechanical equipment.
• Ability to read schematics.
• Acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures on equipment and provide a solution.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Use hand and power tools to assemble, disassemble, and repair machines.
• Respond to on-site preventative maintenance service calls within contract time frames.
• Communicate effectively with customers, supervisor, and coworkers.
