Job summary

HyTech Spring and Machine Corp. is seeking a 2nd or 3rd Shift Electrochemical Cutting and Grinding Machine (ECG) Operator. In this role, you will operate ECG machines to cut tubing as per customer specifications, ensuring quality through precise measurement and inspection.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, have at least 1 year of experience, and possess the ability to stand for long periods. A team-oriented mindset is essential as you perform general maintenance and maintain a clean workspace, adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience preferred but on-the-job training available.
• Ability to read engineering designs and use basic shop math.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up, start, and run the electrochemical cutting and grinding machine.
• Measure parts using precision tools to ensure they meet specs.
• Perform routine upkeep on machines and maintain production logs.
