HyTech Spring and Machine Corp. is seeking a 2nd or 3rd Shift Electrochemical Cutting and Grinding Machine (ECG) Operator. In this role, you will operate ECG machines to cut tubing as per customer specifications, ensuring quality through precise measurement and inspection.

The Role

Join our team as a 2nd or 3rdShift Electrochemical Cutting and Grinding Machine (ECG) Operator, where you will be responsible for operating the ECG machines, which cuts tubing to various size to length as determined by customer specifications, flushing electrolyte solution from cut parts, measuring, and inspecting parts as well as general machine maintenance. We are looking for a detail‑oriented operator who takes pride in producing high‑quality parts and keeping a clean, efficient workspace.

What You’ll Do

• Machine Operation: Set up, start, and run electrochemical cutting and grinding machine.
• Quality Control: Measure parts using precision tools to ensure they meet exact specs.
• Daily Maintenance: Perform routine upkeep.
• Safety & Efficiency: Maintain production logs, meet quantity targets, and follow OSHA safety standards.

Requirements

What You Need

• Technical Skills: Ability to read engineering designs and use basic shop math.
• Experience: 1+ years of experience preferred (on-the-job training available).
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move up to 50 lbs.
