TECOMET seeks a 2nd or 3rd shift CNC Machinist with 3+ years of experience to produce machined parts while upholding Tecomet's quality and continuous improvement standards. You will operate CNC machines, perform set-ups, monitor tolerances, and document measurements to ensure compliance with engineering drawings.

The role emphasizes safe, efficient production, tool maintenance, and adherence to GMP/GDP-like practices. Strong detail orientation and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualificações

• 3+ years CNC Machining experience.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree/certificate in Tooling & Machining or Machinist apprenticeship preferred.
• GCSE/NVQ Math and English is desirable (UK only).

Responsabilidades

• Operate and Set-up CNC machines within tolerances following work instructions and drawings.
• Perform difficult CNC Machinist work including progressive machining of a variety of parts and different metals.
• Change dull tooling and/or make minor offsets and adjustments as needed for tooling wear.
• Ensure product quality by working to OOQ standards and using measuring equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance per PM schedule and maintain 5S/housekeeping.
