Job summary

Flex Tek is seeking a manufacturing operator to read blueprints, set up fixtures, and run machines while ensuring parts meet specifications. You will perform visual and dimensional checks and adjust feeds, speeds, and tooling as required.

The role involves standing, manual handling of parts, and adhering to safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and may have related training or experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Ability to read blueprints or job orders and interpret tolerances and tooling instructions.

Responsibilities

• Performs visual and dimensional checks on materials.
• Reads blueprints or job orders for product specifications and tooling instructions.
• Selects, positions, and secures tubing in saw.
• Sets up fixture or feeding device and operates machine.
• Observes operation and verifies conformance to specifications.
• Regularly stands, walks, uses hands, and lifts up to 25 pounds as needed.
