Job summary

bioMérieux is seeking an experienced Electronics/Instrument Technician in Missouri. The role involves evaluation, refurbishment, assembly, alignment, and acceptance testing of automated bio-test systems, with strict GMP documentation and quality standards.

The candidate will handle sub-assembly and final assembly tests, operate advanced electro-mechanical procedures, and assist in mentoring junior technicians, while maintaining stock levels and safe production practices.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years as Electronic/Instrument Technician with electro-mechanical knowledge.
• Proficient with reading blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform sub-assembly and final assembly acceptance test operations.
• Perform electro-mechanical assembly operations of a complicated nature.
• Ensure proper completion of documentation per GMP guidelines.
• Assist in training of Senior Assembler and other Technicians.
• Ability to conduct advanced test procedures.
• Comply with company quality procedures and standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
