Job summary

bioMérieux is seeking an Electronics/Instrument Technician to evaluate, refurbish, assemble, align and test automated biological systems at an advanced level. The role involves performing sub-assembly, complex electro-mechanical tests, and maintaining GMP-compliant documentation in Missouri.

You will train others and ensure tasks meet quality standards. The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and 3+ years of relevant experience, with strong math, blueprint reading, and MS Office

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 3+ years’ experience as an Electronic Technician or Instrument Manufacturing Technician including knowledge of mechanical and electro-mechanical functions, advanced laws of electricity, microprocessor and analog systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform sub-assembly and final assembly acceptance test operations accurately and timely.
• Perform electro-mechanical assembly operations of a complicated nature.
• Ensure proper completion of supporting documentation, following GMP guidelines.
• Assist in training of Senior Assembler and other Technicians.
• Ability to conduct advanced test procedures.
• Perform all work in compliance with company quality procedures and standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
