Job summary

bioMérieux is seeking an Electronics/Instrumentation Technician in Missouri to perform evaluation, refurbishment, assembly and acceptance testing of automated electro-mechanical bio-test systems. The role ensures GMP-compliant documentation and safe production functions within a regulated environment.

The candidate will perform sub-assembly and final assembly acceptance tests, execute advanced test procedures, and assist in training other technicians, while maintaining accuracy and high quality

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 3+ years’ experience as an Electronic Technician or Instrument Manufacturing Technician including knowledge of mechanical and electro-mechanical functions, advanced laws of electricity, microprocessor and analog systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform sub-assembly and final assembly acceptance test operations accurately and timely.
• Perform electro-mechanical assembly operations of a complicated nature.
• Ensure proper completion of supporting documentation, following GMP guidelines.
• Assist in training of Senior Assembler and other Technicians.
• Ability to conduct advanced test procedures.
• Perform all work in compliance with company quality procedures and standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
