Job summary

Eden Capital Careers is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Tech in the Greater Green Bay area. The role focuses on electro-mechanical maintenance, PLCs, and AC/DC drive troubleshooting, with a unique 12-hour rotating schedule and a guaranteed six consecutive days off each month.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of hands-on experience (or an associate degree) and is authorized to work in the U.S. You’ll join a stable, state-of-the-art facility undergoing infrastructure upgrades and competitive

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on electro-mechanical maintenance in industrial settings.
• Relevant degree or experience; 2 employers max in 5 years.
• US work authorization (citizen or green card).
• Willingness to commute within 45 minutes of Green Bay, WI.

Responsibilities

• Execute Electro-Mechanical Repairs on automated production machinery.
• Troubleshoot AC/DC motor drive systems and controls.
• Trace PLC logic and electrical faults to clear line stoppages.
• Read electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints for overhauls.
• Lead shift hand-offs and PM compliance.
• Travel occasionally for regional technical training (about 2 days every other month).
