Job summary

Andersen Corporation in Cottage Grove, MN seeks an Electro/Mechanical Technician to troubleshoot and repair production equipment, apply NFPA 79 safety, and work with PLCs, drives, servo, HMI, CNC, and MES integration. You will mentor other technicians and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot PLC and electromechanical manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to read mechanical, electrical, plumbing and building prints.
• Knowledge of safety practices such as lockout/tagout and PPE usage.
• Proficient with test equipment for multi-trade repairs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical functions, PLCs, and electrical systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and document results.
