Job summary

Andersen Corporation is hiring a multi-skilled Electro/Mechanical Technician II for the Bayport, MN 3rd shift. You will troubleshoot advanced electrical and mechanical systems, mentor peers, and uphold NFPA 79/70E standards while supporting production equipment.

A $3K sign-on bonus is offered to eligible new hires, with staged payouts after 30 and 60 days. The role requires PLC, HMI, CNC, servo, MES integration, and PIT operation as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated advanced electrical/mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience.
• Ongoing technical training each year.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and support production equipment across electrical and mechanical systems.
• Mentor other technicians and enforce electrical safety programs.
• Lead maintenance tasks and contribute to RCCA sessions.
