Cornerstone Building Brands in Auburn, WA is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician II for the day shift in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The role emphasizes electro-mechanical support for operations, troubleshooting and repairing equipment as needed.

You will perform equipment setup, maintenance, calibration, and preventive tasks, read blueprints and schematics, and work with PLCs and automation systems. A strong safety culture and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifikationen

• Associates degree in related field is desired.
• Minimum 3 years’ maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Lock-Out, Tag-Out procedures.
• Able to work standby, off-hours and overtime.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Ability to read printed materials, blueprints, schematics, and computer graphics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and within a team.

Aufgaben

• Diagnose and repair complex electro-mechanical problems with manufacturing equipment
• Perform detailed setup on equipment including recipe changes and control adjustments
• Repair and keep mechanical machine components in top operating condition
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks following instructions
• Troubleshoot the inputs and outputs on PLC and repair issues
• Enter all work completed in computer-based maintenance program
• Monitor and report spare parts usage including completing parts order forms
