Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to support manufacturing operations. This electro‑mechanical role involves diagnosing and repairing equipment, performing detailed setup and control adjustments, and maintaining safe, reliable production processes.

Key responsibilities include troubleshooting PLCs and electrical circuits, wiring upgrades, preventative maintenance, and training Level I and II technicians.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3–7 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with Lock‑Out, Tag‑Out procedures and safe work practices.
• Proficient in reading prints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Able to train Level I and II technicians and work in a team.
• Proficient in Word and Excel and basic PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex electro‑mechanical problems in manufacturing equipment.
• Perform setup on equipment including recipe changes and control adjustments.
• Repair and maintain mechanical components and electrical control circuits.
• Troubleshoot PLCs, sensors, and motor control circuits; implement drives upgrades.
• Complete PM tasks following instructions and enter work in maintenance system.
• Train Level I and II technicians on advanced tasks.
