Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support manufacturing operations at the Auburn, WA facility. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing electro-mechanical issues, adjusting and repairing equipment, and overseeing preventive maintenance tasks.

Ideal candidates will have an Associates degree in a related field and at least 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting, with knowledge of safety procedures and PLC controls.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience in maintenance in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Familiarity with electrical safety and motor control circuits.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex electro-mechanical problems with manufacturing equipment
• Perform detailed setup on equipment including recipe changes and control adjustments
• Repair and maintain mechanical components to keep equipment in top condition
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks per instructions
• Troubleshoot PLC inputs/outputs and repair related issues
• Enter completed work in computer-based maintenance system
• Train Level I technicians on complex tasks and skills
