Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to support manufacturing operations, diagnose and repair complex electro-mechanical equipment, perform detailed setups, and maintain control circuits and pneumatic systems. The role includes training Level I and II technicians and coordinating parts usage in a fast-paced plant environment.

Associates degree or equivalent experience is required, with 3–7 years in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–7 years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Lock-Out/Tag-Out procedures.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Willing to attend training, including out-of-state locations.
• Ability to assist in Training Level I and II Technicians.
• Able to read printed materials, blueprints, schematics and computer graphics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex electro-mechanical problems with manufacturing equipment.
• Perform detailed setup on equipment including recipe changes and control adjustments.
• Repair and maintain mechanical components in top condition.
• Monitor and report spare parts usage; track parts orders.
• Provide training to Level I and II technicians on advanced tasks.
