Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. seeks an Electro-Mechanical Assembler to assemble components and finished products from blueprints and procedures. You will use hand tools and precision measuring equipment to achieve exact specifications and maintain production records.

The role emphasizes reading schematics, performing alignment and testing, and ensuring quality while working in a standard 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday–Friday schedule. Prior electro-mechanical experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous electro-mechanical assembly or soldering experience preferred.
• Strong hand dexterity and ability to work with small components.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic, electrical, and mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished products.
• Read and follow blueprints, drawings, sketches, work orders, process sheets, and written instructions.
• Use hand tools and calibrated measuring equipment to complete precise assembly work.
• Perform alignment, adjustments, testing, cleaning, and minor repairs as required.
• Obtain and handle parts and materials needed to complete work orders.
• Inspect work throughout the assembly process to ensure it meets specs and quality.
• Report defects, scrap, and production problems to the Cell Leader or Supervisor.
• Prepare completed products for shipment or storage.
• Maintain accurate production records and related documentation.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Cross-train and assist in other assembly areas as needed.

Electro-Mechanical Assembler

$18.00-$18.50 per hour

Monday-Friday | 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m.

We are seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Assembler to assemble components and finished products used in a variety of customer applications. This position works from blueprints, engineering drawings, bills of materials, manufacturing procedures, and other technical instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic, electrical, and mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished products.
• Read and follow blueprints, drawings, sketches, work orders, process sheets, and written instructions.
• Use hand tools and calibrated measuring equipment to complete precise assembly work.
• Perform alignment, adjustments, testing, cleaning, pressure testing, and minor repairs as required.
• Obtain and handle parts and materials needed to complete work orders.
• Inspect work throughout the assembly process to ensure it meets specifications and quality standards.
• Report defects, scrap, and production problems to the Cell Leader or Supervisor.
• Prepare completed products for shipment or storage.
• Maintain accurate production records and related documentation.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Cross-train and assist in other assembly areas as needed.

Tools and Equipment

Experience with any of the following is helpful:

• Calipers and micrometers
• Plug gauges and dial gauges
• Torque wrenches and torque-measuring screwdrivers
• Drop indicators and force gauges
• Oscilloscopes
• Specialized manufacturing and measuring equipment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 20-50 pounds occasionally, 10-25 pounds frequently, and up to 10 pounds continuously.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, up to eight hours per day.
• Good manual dexterity and visual acuity.
• Ability to work around industrial cleaning chemicals and oils while following all required safety procedures.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $18.50 per hour
