Responsibilities

• Build electro-mechanical assemblies using drawings, procedures and hand tools.
• Perform fine-detailed assembly and inspection under a microscope to meet quality standards.
• Apply 5S and CI practices to maintain a safe, clean work area.
• Assist with inventory counts, part picking and packing large instruments for shipment.
• Document non-conformances and submit change requests as needed.

• Build complex electro-mechanical assemblies using assembly drawings, technical procedures, and specialized hand tools.
• Perform fine-detailed assembly and inspection work under a microscope to ensure strict quality standards.
• Apply 5S principles and continuous improvement practices to maintain a safe, efficient, and clean work area.
• Assist with inventory cycle counts, part picking, and packaging large finished instruments for shipment.
• Document non-conformances and submit engineering change requests to address documentation or design issues.

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Flexible Start)

• Strong manual dexterity and steady hands for both fine-detailed micro-assembly and large equipment tasks.
• Excellent team collaboration and communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
• Keen attention to detail with a strong focus on quality assurance and safety procedures.
• Solid problem-solving abilities to resolve inventory discrepancies and identify production bottlenecks.

• Proven experience safely operating common hand tools and electronic assembly equipment.
• Ability to work comfortably in a cleanroom environment and utilize magnification tools for extended periods.
• Capability to handle a physical 4-day, 10-hour daily schedule (flexible 6:00 AM start time).
