Spherion Staffing, LLC is seeking an electro-mechanical assembler in Utah. You will build and wire control panels, assemble complex systems, and ensure components meet specs.
Responsibilities include installing sensors, routing devices, and collaborating with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Testing teams to uphold quality standards.

What We?re Looking ForYou don't need to know everything on day one, but you do need a natural knack for mechanics, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to learn new things.
Required Qualifications:Hands-on experience: 3+ years in electro-mechanical assembly, panel building, machine building, industrial wiring, or mechanical maintenance (Equivalent military technical training, vocational school, or trade experience is strongly considered!).
Technical skills: Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
Tool-savvy: Proficient with standard hand and power tools, along with basic computer skills.
Mindset: Strong troubleshooting ability, excellent attention to detail, and a self-motivated team attitude.
