Spherion Staffing, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented electronics assembler in Colorado Springs to populate PCBs with components, perform high-precision hand soldering, and verify assemblies per IPC standards. The role requires reading schematics and BOMs, along with data logging and maintaining tools.
Applicants should have 1–3 years in electronics assembly, be able to sit/stand for 8 hours, and lift up to 25 lbs. IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 certifications are preferred.
