Job summary

Spherion Staffing, LLC in Duluth, MN is seeking reliable workers to assemble high-quality electronic components on a regular weekday schedule. You will use hand tools, perform crimping, tinning, and soldering, read basic process instructions, and follow production directions with precision.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of continuous work experience with one employer, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong teamwork and communication skills.

If you take pride in precision, love working with tools, and want a steady weekday schedule with long weekends off-this could be the perfect fit!

Work Schedule: Mon thru Thurs: 6:00AM to 4:30PM OR 3:00PM to 1:30AM

Responsibilities:

• Assemble electrical components using hand tools


• Perform crimping, tinning, and soldering using standard techniques


• Identify and report defective materials


• Maintain clean and safe work area


• Follow production schedules and directions from supervisors


• Assist with other duties as needed

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months of continuous work experience with one employer


• Ability to read basic process instructions

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent and repetitive hand and finger use


• Ability to manipulate small components


• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly, and occasionally up to 50 lbs


• Good close-up and color vision
