Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Technical Training Consultant to lead electrical and specialty systems training, coordinate on-site classes, audits, coaching, and program development for job sites.

You will design curricula, support apprenticeship programs, and collaborate with the Apprenticeship Team and L&D to improve content. The role requires travel up to 25% and a strong technical background in electrical trades.

Qualifications

• Completion of an apprenticeship program or an Associate/Bachelor's degree.
• Strong technical background in electrical or related trades.
• Experience facilitating training sessions is required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates electrical apprenticeship, QuickStart, and trade-related training classes.
• Collaborates with Apprenticeship Team to develop and implement new programs.
• Designs and develops technical curricula based on organizational needs.
• Conducts on-site coaching and audits to support workforce development.
• Builds relationships with operational leaders to foster trust and dialogue.
• Supports coordination of apprenticeship programs with the Apprenticeship Coordinator.
• Works with L&D team and SMEs to continually improve content and delivery.
• Maintains ongoing knowledge of L&D best practices and participates in relevant organizations.
• Models professional standards and company culture for trainees.
• Demonstrates collaboration and influence across teams.
