Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Technical Training Consultant to lead the delivery of Learning & Development technical and trade training. You will design curriculum, facilitate classes, and conduct on-site coaching and jobsite audits to improve performance.

The ideal candidate will have an apprenticeship or associate/bachelor's degree, 5 years in electrical or related trades, and 1–2 years of facilitation experience, with travel up to 25% and a flexible schedule as needed.

Qualifications

Education: Completion of an apprenticeship program or an Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree
Experience: 5 years related experience in electrical, specialty systems, or related trade, and 1 to 2 years facilitation experience
Travel: Up to 25%
Work Schedule: Typical work hours 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Monday–Friday; may work any day/time to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

Facilitates electrical apprenticeship, QuickStart, and trade-related training classes.
Collaborates to research content and develop new training programs.
Designs and develops curriculum based on organizational needs.
Conducts jobsite coaching and development of employees.
Develops relationships with operational leaders to facilitate dialogue and trust.
Supports apprenticeship program coordination as needed.
Works with L&D team to improve content and delivery.
Continually increases knowledge of L&D craft.
Participates in professional/trade organizations.
Demonstrates company culture and professional standards to trainees.
Collaborates effectively and influences others.
