Job summary

ArchKey Solutions is seeking a FIELD TRAINER/FACILITATOR for the Electrical Trade based in Clinton, MD. You will deliver electrical construction leadership and project execution training to field and office staff, in classrooms, virtually, and on active job sites, ensuring safety and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of trainer experience, strong facilitation skills, and experience with adult learning principles and LMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in education, adult learning, instructional system design, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in needs assessments, designing and delivering instructor‑led and online training for adult learners, and evaluating learning programs.
• Excellent facilitation skills and ability to work with clients and stakeholders to analyze practices and drive improvements in course delivery.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with managers to identify competency gaps and learning needs and define outcomes.
• Partner with SMEs to identify processes and content for training materials and programs.
• Create and maintain courses (instructor-led and eLearning) and facilitator guides; advise on delivery methods.
• Deliver training in person, virtually, and on active job sites; ensure alignment with policy and standards.
• Track participation and outcomes and maintain training records.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and drive program improvements.
