Ideal candidates have an apprenticeship or related degree, 5 years of technical experience in electrical or specialty systems, and 1-2 years of facilitation experience, with travel up to 25% and flexible hours to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Education: Apprenticeship program or Associate/Bachelor's Degree.
• Strong technical background in electrical or related trade with 5 years experience.
• 1–2 years of facilitation experience.

Responsibilities

• Effectively facilitates electrical apprenticeship, QuickStart, and trade-related training classes.
• Collaborates to research, pilot, and implement new technical training programs.
• Designs and develops curriculum based on organizational needs.
• Conducts jobsite coaching and development of employees.
• Develops relationships with operational leaders to enable open dialogue.
