Job summary

TEEMA Group seeks an experienced Instructor – Electrical Training to deliver high-quality electrical training in classroom and hands‑on labs. You will develop courses, teach adult learners, and assess knowledge with exams.

You will travel to customer sites as needed and apply NFPA/IEEE/OSHA standards, while leveraging your electrical expertise and strong communication skills to create engaging sessions. This is a remote-friendly role with travel.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years teaching or training in adult education.
• 7–15 years in low-voltage industrial installation and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of electrical theory and calculations.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred.
• Experience with low-voltage residential/electronics installation preferred.
• Ability to read electrical prints and diagrams.
• Proficient with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and passport required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver electrical training in classroom and lab environments.
• Prepare lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on labs.
• Lead discussions and create engaging learning environments.
• Administer and grade examinations with feedback.
• Develop and improve training programs per industry standards.
• Apply NFPA, IEEE, ANSI, OSHA standards in content.
• Travel to customer locations as needed.
