TEEMA Group seeks an experienced Instructor – Electrical Training to deliver high-quality electrical training in classroom and hands-on lab settings. The role involves preparing and delivering training programs, engaging adult learners, administering examinations, and evolving courses per industry standards and customer needs.

The ideal candidate combines strong electrical industry experience with excellent communication and teaching skills and enjoys helping others build their technical

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience teaching or training adults.
• 7–15 years of low-voltage industrial installation and troubleshooting.
• Electrical theory knowledge.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Adobe).

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and laboratory electrical training.
• Prepare lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on lab exercises.
• Lead discussions and create an engaging learning environment.
• Administer and grade examinations and provide feedback.
• Apply NFPA, IEEE, ANSI, OSHA standards in training content and labs.
• Develop new training programs and enhance existing courses.
• Travel to customer locations to provide training.
