Job summary
TEEMA Group is seeking an experienced Instructor – Electrical Training to deliver high-quality electrical training in classroom and hands-on laboratory environments. You will prepare and deliver training programs, engage adult learners, administer examinations, and help develop courses based on industry standards and customer needs.
The ideal candidate combines extensive electrical industry experience with excellent communication and teaching skills and enjoys helping others build technical
Qualifications
- Experience delivering formal training to adult learners.
- Strong electrical knowledge with ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Ability to develop and improve training courses based on industry standards.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools for presentations and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Deliver electrical training in classroom and hands-on lab environments.
- Prepare and present lectures, demonstrations, and lab exercises.
- Lead discussions and create an engaging learning environment.
- Administer and grade examinations with feedback.
- Apply NFPA, IEEE, ANSI, OSHA standards in training content and labs.
- Develop new training programs and improve existing courses.
- Travel to customer locations as needed to provide training.
