Job summary

RESA Power is seeking a results-driven sales professional to expand our electrical testing and maintenance services in Wisconsin. You will identify, cultivate, and close opportunities across industrial facilities, data centers, healthcare, and utilities, leveraging RESA Power’s broader capabilities.

You will build relationships with contractors, EPCs, owners, and end users, developing recurring revenue through preventive maintenance programs and startup/commissioning services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5+ years electrical industry, technical sales, field service, or business development experience.
• Understands electrical acceptance/testing, maintenance, commissioning, and preventive maintenance services.
• Knowledge of distribution equipment: switchgear, circuit breakers, transformers, relays.
• Familiar with ANSI/NETA ATS, ANSI/NETA MTS, NFPA 70B/70E, NEC, OSHA.
• Ability to review one-line diagrams and identify service opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Grow and exceed monthly/annual sales goals in Wisconsin territory focusing on electrical testing and maintenance services.
• Actively prospect and develop new customers via outbound development, referrals, and networking.
• Develop recurring maintenance and service opportunities and long-term account plans.
• Prepare technical-commercial proposals and close opportunities.
