Job summary

RESA Power, LLC is seeking a technical commercial resource in Wisconsin to grow the electrical testing and services business. You will identify opportunities, develop relationships with contractors and end users, and coordinate cross-functional teams to propose and close testing, maintenance, and startup projects across industrial, commercial, and data center environments.

You will leverage RESA Power’s capabilities in switchgear, breakers, transformers, engineering, and power distribution

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred; five years in electrical sales or related fields.
Experience with electrical acceptance testing, maintenance testing, commissioning, or preventive maintenance services.
Knowledge of power distribution equipment (switchgear, breakers, transformers).
Familiarity with ANSI/NETA ATS, ANSI/NETA MTS, NFPA 70B, NFPA 70E, NEC, OSHA standards.
Ability to prospect, develop new accounts, create opportunities, build relationships, and close sales.

Responsibilities

Grow customer base and achieve sales goals in the territory.
Prospect and develop new customers through outbound business development.
Grow RESA Power’s electrical testing and services business in key markets.
Develop relationships across industrial, commercial, utility, data center, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors.
Engage contractors, EPCs, engineers, and owners through visits and account development.
Identify testing, maintenance, and startup opportunities early in projects.
