RESA Power, LLC is seeking an Outside Sales professional for electrical testing coverage across CT, MA, VA, and PA. You will build and sustain relationships with electrical contractors, distributors, end users and utilities, while identifying growth opportunities and implementing territory strategies.

The role requires 5+ years in sales, strong knowledge of electrical switchgear, and proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• BS in related field; 5+ years in sales or related field.
• Strong product knowledge of electrical switchgear and devices.
• Knowledge of NEC/NETA/OSHA/NFPA standards.
• Proven sales and negotiation abilities.
• Experience in utility and industrial markets.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Grow customer base and exceed sales goals monthly within territory.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with electrical contractors, distributors, end users and utilities.
• Develop and implement territory sales strategies with leadership.
• Coordinate services and ensure accurate field service preparation.
• Develop opportunities for remanufactured and reconditioned power products.
• Support cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Attend customer events and trade shows.
• Prepare work orders and communicate job details to field teams.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and deliverables.
