An electrical services company is seeking a Customer Experience and Territory Sales Representative to manage sales and marketing within an assigned territory. You will be the primary point of contact, ensuring customer satisfaction and building relationships. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of sales experience in electrical services and excellent communication skills. Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in electrical industrial construction.
• Electrical service sales experience and technical service background preferred.
• Understanding of generation, transmission, and distribution concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Own sales and marketing performance for assigned territory.
• Provide exemplary service throughout the full customer lifecycle.
• Develop proposals based on customer requests and needs.

Conhecimentos

Strong knowledge of the sales process and long term customer development

Strong organizational, communication, presentation, and problem solving skills

Excellent listening skills with the ability to analyze customer needs and develop solutions

Ability to respond effectively to customer needs and concerns

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel

Formação académica

Minimum 3 years of sales experience in electrical industrial construction or maintenance
