Shermco Industries is seeking a Territory Account Manager in Charlotte, NC, to lead sales across electrical testing, maintenance, repair and engineering services. The role emphasizes direct sales, business development, and cultivating strategic client relationships.

The position requires 1–2 years as an electrical technician plus strong communication and customer service skills. Local travel, some overnight trips, and two days per week in the Charlotte office are expected.

Competenze

1–2 years of electrical technician experience is preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
Willingness to travel up to a 3 hr radius and occasional overnight trips; Charlotte location two days/week.
Proficient with MS Office suite and basic IT skills.

Mansioni

Sell Shermco’s testing, maintenance, repair and engineering services to target accounts such as industrial sites, data centers and hospitals.
Perform direct sales and business development to meet or exceed sales goals.
Qualify opportunities and manage annual multi‑million dollar sales budgets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and prepare estimates/proposals.
Visit assigned accounts regularly to maintain strategic relationships and identify opportunities.
Enter sales activity into CRM and support marketing events/tradeshows.
