Shermco Industries, Inc. is seeking a Territory Account Manager to drive growth across industrial, data center, hospitals, and electrical contractors in Indiana.

You will manage existing accounts, pursue new business, and lead strategic sales initiatives with a focus on profitability and long-term relationships. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of outside B2B sales, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and proven ability to meet multi-million dollar targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful outside B2B sales experience in engineering/industrial/heavy commercial industries.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent education & experience in engineering or related field.

Responsabilités

• Provide account management and sales targeting industrial, data center, hospitals, and electrical contractors to sell Shermco’s full line of electrical testing, maintenance, repair & engineering services.
• Perform direct sales and business development activities to meet or exceed targeted sales goals.
• Qualify prospective sales opportunities to determine which opportunities to pursue.
• Attain yearly multi-million dollar sales budgets.
• Identify, develop and implement sales strategies.
• Assist in the preparation of estimates, sales proposals, and sales presentations.
• Visit assigned accounts regularly to maintain a "strategic relationship" status and identify opportunities.
• Maintain industry knowledge and improve technical knowledge based on market requirements.
• Support marketing activities such as road shows, conferences, tradeshows, and sales engagement events.
• Import sales activity into CRM.
