Shermco Industries is seeking a Territory Account Manager to drive sales of electrical testing, maintenance, repair, and engineering services across industrial, data center, hospital, and contractor accounts. The role involves direct sales, business development, and strategic account management.

The successful candidate will qualify opportunities, prepare estimates, and present proposals while traveling to client sites about 20% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent education & experience in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of successful outside B2B sales experience, preferably in engineering/industrial sectors.
• Self-directed, highly motivated with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Profitability awareness and ability to forecast business.
• Ability to travel overnight ~20% and build strategic relationships.

Responsabilités

• Sell Shermco's full line of electrical testing, maintenance, repair & engineering services to industrial, data center, hospitals, and electrical contractors.
• Perform direct sales and business development to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Qualify opportunities and pursue those with strategic value.
• Maintain strategic relationships with key accounts and develop new customers.
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and presentations; assist in pricing decisions.
• Utilize CRM to manage sales activities and forecast opportunities.
