Job summary

Shermco Industries, Inc. is seeking a Territory Account Manager to drive direct sales of our electrical testing, maintenance, repair and engineering services to industrial, data center, hospitals and electrical contractors.

You will manage accounts, develop strategies, and secure purchase orders while building strategic relationships. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3+ years of outside B2B sales, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to travel up

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent education & experience in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of successful outside B2B sales experience, preferably in an engineering, industrial or heavy commercial industry.
• Demonstrated ability to be self-directed and highly motivated.
• Must be able to travel overnight 20% of the time.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Adobe, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide account management/sales targeting industrial, data center, hospitals, and electrical contractors to sell Shermco’s full line of electrical testing, maintenance, repair & engineering services.
• Perform direct sales and business development activities to meet or exceed targeted sales goals.
• Qualify prospective sales opportunities to determine which to pursue.
• Attain yearly multi-million dollar sales budgets.
• Identify, develop and implement sales strategies.
• Assist in the preparation of estimates, sales proposals, and presentations.
• Visit assigned accounts to maintain strategic relationships and identify opportunities.
