Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a strong EE repair/rework technician who can also build. You will assemble and integrate mechanical and electrical components for the EagleEye program, and perform PCB/PCBA/PWA repairs and cable harness rework as needed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires hands-on experience with soldering, testing, and interpreting schematics, along with adherence to ESD and safety protocols.US person eligibility is required for access to export-controlled

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience repairing/reworking PCB/PCBA/PWAs and cable harnesses in aerospace/electronics/medical manufacturing.
• Familiarity with PCB/PCBA manufacturing workflows and assembly handling.
• Soldering, crimping, cable assembly and basic tooling proficiency.
• Ability to follow written test procedures and document results.

Responsibilities

• Assemble EagleEye AR headset components per blueprints and schematics using hand and power tools with ESD discipline.
• Conduct product/acceptance tests and help develop validation/test procedures with integrators.
• Integrate subsystems to ensure system compatibility while following safety protocols.
• Maintain detailed records of assembly, calibration, tests, and quality issues.
• Perform PCB/PCBA/PWA and cable harness rework and repairs, including root-cause analysis.
• Interpret cable assembly drawings and use test equipment to verify performance.
