Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a EE repair/rework technician to assemble and integrate mechanical and electrical components for the EagleEye program. You will perform PCB/PCBA repairs and cable harness rework as production demands require.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in repair/rework of PCB/PCBA and cable harnesses in aerospace/electronics/medical industries
• Deep understanding of PCBs, manufacturing workflow and calibration with basic hand tools
• Ability to read written test procedures and document results
• Familiarity with interconnects from Molex/Amphenol/TE/Hirose
• US person due to access to export-controlled information or facilities

Responsibilities

• Assemble EagleEye AR headset components from blueprints and schematics using hand and power tools with ESD
• Conduct product/acceptance tests and work with integrators on validation procedures
• Integrate subsystems ensuring safety and compatibility
• Maintain records of assembly processes, calibration, test results, and issues
• Perform PCB/PCBA/PWA and cable harness rework as needed
• Read and interpret cable drawings and test procedures with measurement tools
