Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA is hiring an Electronics Assembler to build, modify, and test complex cable/wire harnesses and PCBs for advanced defense hardware. You will follow schematics, perform SMT and through-hole soldering, and assemble power systems under close engineering guidance.

This role requires 5+ years in electronics assembly, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to document results. Travel up to 10% may be required; a U.S.

Competenze

• 5+ years hands-on electronics assembly, testing and rework in an R&D or production environment.
• Ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics, assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, BOMs, and datasheets.
• Demonstrated proficiency in fine-pitch SMT and through-hole soldering (IPC J-STD-001 or equivalent).
• Proven experience building and modifying complex cable and wire harness assemblies (crimping, soldering, routing).
• Proficiency diagnosing electronic failures to component level using test equipment and documentation.
• Understanding of product development lifecycles, reliability, and compliance testing.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-organizing: ability to prioritize tasks in electronics lab/test environment.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.

• Build, assemble, and modify complex cable and wire harness assemblies per schematics and drawings.
• Perform precision PCB rework and SMT/through-hole soldering under a microscope.
• Set up, configure, and operate test equipment to verify PCB and power-system performance.
