Anduril Industries is hiring a Production Technician to assemble EagleEye headsets and perform PCB/PCBA repairs as needed. You will also build mechanical/electrical subassemblies, document results, and ensure quality while following safety protocols in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires hands-on experience with soldering, testing, and rework, plus the ability to read schematics and test procedures. Local candidates in Costa Mesa, CA are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of repair/rework and cable harness experience in aerospace, electronics, or medical industries.
• Strong PCB/PCBA understanding, assembly handling, soldering, and calibration skills.
• Ability to read procedures, reports, and document results.
• Familiarity with termination systems from major vendors; understands Ohm's Law.

Responsabilités

• Assemble EagleEye AR headset components and subassemblies per blueprints and schematics.
• Perform PCB/PCBA/PWA repairs, cable harness rework, and verification tests.
• Integrate subsystems while maintaining safety and quality records.
• Read drawings and use oscilloscopes, multimeters and clamp meters for testing.
• Document test results and participate in root-cause analysis when issues arise.
