Anduril Industries is seeking a strong EE repair/rework technician who can also build. You will assemble and integrate mechanical and electrical components for the EagleEye program and perform PCB/PCBA/PWA repairs as needed.

The role requires detail-oriented, self-driven individuals in a fast-paced team. The position involves read-and-interpretation of schematics, calibration and testing, and occasional rework of cable harnesses.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with repair/rework of PCB/PCBA/PWAs and cable harnesses in aerospace, electronics, or medical industries.
• Familiarity with termination systems and interconnects from Molex, Amphenol, TE, Hirose, etc.
• Basic electrical understanding and ability to read test procedures and documentation.

Responsabilités

• Assemble EagleEye AR headset optical components, displays, and subassemblies from blueprints and schematics using hand and power tools with strong ESD practices.
• Perform PCB/PCBA/PWA rework and repair including inspection, testing, fabrication and root-causes analysis.
• Read cable assembly drawings and test procedures; use oscilloscopes, multimeters, and clamp meters to validate system function.
• Maintain detailed records of assembly, calibration, test results and quality issues.
• Integrate subsystems to ensure system compatibility while following safety protocols.
• Support validation and test procedure development with integrators.
