Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on electronics assembly, testing and rework in R&D or production.
• Ability to read complex electrical schematics and BOMs, welding or soldering standards.
• Proficient in diagnosing failures to component level using test equipment and diagrams.
• Eligible to obtain/maintain US Top Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Build, assemble, and modify complex cable/wire harness assemblies per schematics.
• Perform precision PCB rework and SMT/through-hole soldering under a microscope.
• Set up and operate test equipment to verify PCB and power system performance.
• Troubleshoot failures and document actions and data for engineering analysis.
• Maintain lab environment, safety, calibration, and stock materials.
