Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Production Technician/Level 1–3 to assemble EagleEye AR headset components and perform PCB/PCBA and cable harness repairs as needed. You will read schematics, test procedures, and ensure safe, high-quality assemblies in a fast-paced environment.

You must have 3+ years in repair/rework, familiarity with test equipment, and solid understanding of electrical concepts. Shift times are specified; opportunities for overtime exist.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience repairing/reworking PCB/PCBA and cable harnesses in aerospace/electronics/medical environments.
• Strong understanding of PCBs, PCBAs, manufacturing workflow and assembly handling.
• Soldering, crimping, assembling cables and connectors with basic hand tools and simple tools.
• Ability to read and interpret test procedures and document results.
• Familiarity with termination systems from Molex, Amphenol, TE, Hirose, etc.
• Basic electrical knowledge (voltage drop, wire sizing, Ohm's Law).
• Proficiency with DMM, oscilloscopes, function generators; strong safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assemble EagleEye AR headset components per blueprints and schematics.
• Perform PCB/PCBA and cable harness rework and repairs.
• Read cable assembly drawings and use measuring equipment to verify specs.
• Document test results and maintain records of calibration and quality issues.
• Ensure safety protocols and ESD practices are followed.
• Collaborate with team to validate interfaces and subsystem integration.
