Job summary

Aggreko is seeking an Electrical Technician 2 in Baltimore, MD to perform installation, commissioning and maintenance of power distribution equipment. The role involves troubleshooting, testing and repair of transformers, switchgear, load banks, cables and BESS systems at customer sites and service centers.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with generators, HVAC equipment, electrical distribution, and BESS; a related associate degree or Applied Science diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or diploma in Applied Science preferred.
• Experience with BESS equipment and related controls.
• Technical aptitude across generators, HVAC, and electrical distribution.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs of equipment and document this as directed by supervisor.
• Set up and operate equipment in-house and at customer locations.
• Complete necessary paperwork and data entry in relevant systems as required.
